By purchasing Browser Baby, you agree to the following project terms and expectations.

✦ WHAT BROWSER BABY IS

Browser Baby creates interactive one-page portfolio worlds for creatives using pre-built concepts adapted to your work, aesthetic, personality, and creative identity. This is a curated creative experience — not a fully custom agency website project.

✦ WHAT’S INCLUDED

Your Browser Baby installation includes:

— one interactive portfolio world — light creative identity + positioning guidance — homepage copy refinement / bio support — mobile optimization — domain connection support — one round of revisions

✦ WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

Browser Baby does not include: — unlimited revisions — ongoing website management — copywriting for large amounts of content — strategy consulting — SEO services — complex backend systems — ecommerce functionality — custom multi-page development — endless customization requests — custom software engineering — additional pages outside agreed scope

✦ CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for: — purchasing their domain before the project begins — submitting all required content, assets, links, and materials upfront — ensuring they have the rights to all uploaded content — responding to requests in a timely manner — reviewing delivered work within the revision window Delays in submitting materials may delay project completion timelines.

✦ COMMUNICATION POLICY

Browser Baby operates asynchronously. No calls. Ever. All communication takes place via email or written messaging only.

✦ REVISIONS

One round of revisions is included. Revisions are intended for: — minor edits — content swaps — typo corrections — light visual adjustments Requests for: — major redesigns — entirely new concepts — structural layout changes — additional pages — new interaction systems — significant copy rewrites fall outside the scope of this offer and may require an additional fee. Revision requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery. Late revision requests are subject to a $50/day reactivation fee.

✦ FUTURE EDITS + UPDATES

Browser Baby worlds are designed as focused, finished internet experiences. Future edits, updates, redesigns, or content swaps are available separately based on availability and billed starting at $150/hr.

✦ PROJECT TIMELINE + CONTENT DEADLINE

Estimated turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks after all required materials and payment are received. Projects must begin within 30 days of purchase. If all required materials are not submitted within 30 days, Browser Baby reserves the right to archive the project until availability reopens. Timelines may shift slightly depending on project volume and responsiveness.

✦ PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is required upfront before work begins. Due to the creative and digital nature of Browser Baby, all payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

✦ HOSTING + DOMAIN RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for maintaining ownership of their domain. Browser Baby sites are deployed using lightweight hosting solutions with no required monthly hosting subscription at launch. Browser Baby is not responsible for future third-party platform changes, outages, hosting service interruptions, or external software changes. Ongoing maintenance and technical support are not included.

✦ CREATIVE DISCRETION

Browser Baby projects are collaborative but creatively directed experiences. By purchasing, the client agrees to trust the creative direction, interpretation, aesthetic adaptation, and implementation process used to bring the world to life.

✦ ABANDONED PROJECTS

If communication is inactive for more than 30 days, Browser Baby reserves the right to pause or archive the project. Restarting archived projects may require an additional restart fee depending on availability.

✦ RIGHT TO REFUSE

Browser Baby reserves the right to decline projects that are not aligned with the scope, aesthetic, timeline, or spirit of the offering.

✦ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
